Located in the town of Cortevaix, in Saône-et-Loire, the Château de Pommier dates back to the Middle Ages. Passed from hand to hand over the centuries, it takes place on the hillside, not far from the hamlet of Mont.
Rectangular in shape, it is made up of several buildings and towers in a fairly modern style and is accessible by a carriage door and a semicircular pedestrian door opening onto a farmyard. The house has two floors under a slate hipped roof and has a vaulted chapel on the first floor. Private property, the Château de Pommier is not accessible to the public.
