Located Cold street, Caen, the church of Saint-Sauveur was once called Notre-Dame-de-Cold-Street. She sits on the remains of an old Romanesque church and presents one of the few examples in church french double nave.
Built between the fourteenth and sixteenth century, it reveals to its visitors a large number of contemporary stained glass in the brilliant colors that light up the interior. Listed building, the church Saint-Sauveur is surrounded by houses on one side and reveals a beautiful set of Gothic and Renaissance styles.
Inside, it is possible to discover the remains of a fresco of the sixteenth century representing St. Ambrose and St. Augustine, beautiful sculptures or high semicircular stained-glass windows.
