Museum of La Folie Marco

This imposing 'Madness' of the 18th century. built by Louis-Félix Marco, bailiff of the lordship of Barr has maintained its refined interior. It has three floors and a large room four side pieces. Ground floor: dining room sets wooded furnished Empire and Restoration. 1st floor: living oval stucco decorations vintage, furnished Regency and Louis XV. 2nd floor: large living room, Renaissance Rhine, Alsace cabinets of the 17th century. The furniture of the museum is a regional furniture, except one or two rooms in Paris (Beneman). To see large collections of pottery and porcelain (Strasbourg, Niderviller, Sèvres, Luneville, eastern France and Germany), and pewter local Aubusson tapestries, stoves Alsatian 18th and 19th c. Do not forget to go for a walk on the terraces and grassed garden through the windows of the museum, admire the enclosed vineyard owned the property since 1792.
