Located in the heart of the commune of Arbois, capital of Jura wines, the Vine and Wine Museum has been taking place since the 1990s in one of the wings of Château Pécauld. Inside, it is possible to discover all the stages of Comtoise viticulture and the history of the region's grape varieties through the various rooms. The site offers to appreciate the techniques of winemaking, but also the history and the many traditions of the world of viticulture.
Outside, vines have been reconstituted to illustrate all the work of the winegrowers throughout the seasons. Temporary thematic exhibitions are regularly offered there, and a treasure hunt for children is organized throughout the year to learn more about the making of yellow wine or straw wine.
