Village of Haute-Savoie, between Annecy and Geneva, Andilly takes place not far from Cruseilles, on one of the slopes of the Mont-Sion pass. It is located at more than 800 meters of altitude, not far from Présilly, Viry or Chavannaz.
Occupied since the Neolithic, the territory of Andilly was also heavily populated in the Gallo-Roman era, as evidenced by the two villas found nearby. Strongly affected by wars and epidemics during the Middle Ages, the village was long focused on agriculture. He became French in the second half of the 19th century following the annexation of Savoy to France.
Today mainly focused on tourism through quality hospitality, the village of Andilly also has a charming architectural heritage and breathtaking scenery.
