Manor of Deil

Monument in Allaire

An architectural ensemble from the 12th and 15th centuries, the Manor of Deil, at Allaire, in Morbihan, is only accessible to groups, upon written request. Listed as a Historic Monument, it still reveals a circular corner tower from the 15th century.

The Manor of Deil is made up of several buildings built around a large rectangular courtyard. Revamped and embellished in the 17th century, the site was then embellished with a Louis XIII style pavilion, an octagonal dovecote, a fountain and a washhouse.
