- Le Colombier Museum is located in the heart of a park, in a small century castle. Archeology, from Prehistory to the Gallo-Roman era, neighboring with a collection of paintings and drawings from the sixteenth to the twentieth century. Result of excavations at Alès and its surroundings, archaeological collections allow showcase a rich past, especially around the Oppidum the site of the Hermitage. Among the outstanding works from the collection of fine arts: the triptych The Holy Trinity of John Bellegambe, two works by Brueghel and paintings by Vien Van Loo, Perrot.
- The museum is open daily from 14h to 18h, except January 1, May 1, July 14, Ascension Thursday, November 1 and December 25 and 15 days in February.
