Aldudes is a small village of Pyrenees-Atlantiques, located in the valley that gave it its name. It sits in what is called today the Quint countries, an area of Spanish pastures but cultivated by French farmers. common border with Spain, Aldudes is also located on the banks of the Nive of Aldudes.
The village takes its name from Basque Aldubide, meaning path to the top. Old, the site has long been known for its agriculture and farming, especially since it was founded in the sixteenth century.
