Built in the middle of the 19th century, the Pointe d'Agon lighthouse is entirely made of local rubble and dressed stone, with a zinc roof. Since 1856, it has provided guidance for passing sailors and has a caretaker's house.
The Pointe d'Agon lighthouse is located on the remains of an old fort destroyed in 1776 by the tide and which once served to defend the entrance to the harbor of Regnéville-sur-Mer. Now automated, the building is not accessible to visitors.
