Excerpt from the internal regulation - The internal regulations are displayed at the entrance to the field, and each camper must be aware of it. The main observations are: fires: a wood, charcoal, barbecues over high heat…Are strictly prohibited within the grounds. On the ground: - nothing should be hung from the trees (clotheslines, awnings, antennae…). - The linen should be spread in the most discreet way possible. - Windbreaks are only tolerated for roadside locations or near a sanitary point. In any case, they cannot exceed a length equal to that of the awning or caravan. - It is strictly forbidden to collect pebbles or pebbles on the beach to decorate or consolidate the installation. Help us keep them clean and prevent your children from going there alone. Pets: they must be up to date with their vaccinations and constantly kept on a leash or tied up in facilities. They should not be left alone in the camp or taken to the toilets. Noise: respect the neighbours day and night and especially between 10: 30 p.m. and 7: 00 a.m. (camp closing time). Traffic: Speed in the camp is limited to 10 km/h. The use of motor vehicles is prohibited, in the interior of the field, between 10: 30 p.m. and 7 a.m. Please mark the STOP at the entrance, in front of the desk. Visitors: must be declared at the office as soon as they arrive. They'll have to leave the camp by 10 p.m. Their vehicle is not allowed in the field. A tax will be levied per visitor. The non-reporting of a camper (or visitor) will expose the facility manager to full payment for the duration of his stay. Storage area: Garbage: must be deposited in garbage cans using carefully closed individual plastic bags. Glasses: in the columns. Recycling: in yellow containers. Stay regulation: Camping site: The balance of the stay must be paid on the day of arrival on the ground. Payment facilities may be granted for stays of more than 4 weeks (excluding rentals). Rental accommodation: The balance of the stay must be paid, without reminder from us, 30 days before the arrival date. In the absence of this regulation, the booking will be considered automatically cancelled and all the sums paid will remain acquired - by the campsite. Non-compliance with the Internal Regulations: may result in eviction from the land (installation - campers) - Conditions for modification or cancellation: - The rental is reserved only for a period of 3 days after the expected arrival date. So don't forget to let you know if you're delaying your departure. In any case, billing will begin on the scheduled day of arrival. Withdrawals and requests for change must be made by mail at least 30 days before the start date of the booking. Stay cancellation: For any stay cancelled more than 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded. In case of cancellation within 30 days or less before arrival or in case of non-presentation at the campsite, the total amount of the rental remains acquired by the campsite. Location: Regardless of the cancellation date, the down payment and application fees remain acquired by the campsite - If you hold the 2018 membership card and you comply with the conditions (death, illness, hospitalization) you will be able to play the cancellation guarantee attached to your card by contacting the federation (FFCC) at No. + 33 1.42.72.84.08. In all cases, the application fee, CCDF card subscription will be retained. Any mail regarding a confirmed booking, please indicate the booking reference (booking confirmation acts as a pro-forma invoice). Important: Any dispute arising from the conditions that occurred during a stay on one of the CCDF's lands is the responsibility of the courts. This booking agreement is not transferable and any subletting is prohibited.
