| Other | Sale terms and conditions - 1 / Our services - Camping pitch - Concerns a pitch for your tent, caravan, trailer or camper. The pitch is available from 14.00 on day of arrival and must be vacated at 12: 00 on the day of departure. Your stay is calculated from a basic package includes: the pitch, 2 people, electricity, your equipment, your vehicle and access to the infrastructures and sanitary facilities. The additional costs (additional person, pets …) are not included in the package and will be added to the fare. Electricity is included in the reasonable limit, (use of air conditioning, electric car excluded…). We allow up to 6 persons per pitch. Accommodation - Our prices include people (depending on the accommodation capacity), water, gas, electricity, a vehicle, access to the infrastructures and sanitary facilities. Your accommodation should leave as you found it upon arrival. Keys - The rental accommodation is available from 15 pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure. In the period from the 4th of July till the 29st of August, the accommodations can only be booked for a minimum of 7 nights. Arrivals and departures take place on Saturdays and Wednesdays during this period based on availability. Complementary services - Prices do not include: food and drinks, several rental supplements (linen rental, baby kit …), access to certain sports and recreational activities, booking fee, cancellation / interruption of stay, tourist tax (this rate is determined by the local government). Rates - The rates indicated in the brochure and on the website, are expressed in Euros, including VAT at the rate in effect at the time of printing. 2 / Payment Terms - Within 2 weeks after receipt of the confirmation must be paid 50% of the amount due. The remainder we expect one month before arrival to the campsite. If you book within two months before arrival, the whole amount must be paid. Exceeding the indicated payment will void the reservation. The payment can be done through a bank transfer or payment by credit card. 3 / Last minute booking - A reservation with arrival date less than 7 days before arrival must be paid in full. 4 / Late arrivals and early departures - In case of late arrival or early departure from your booking voucher dates set, the entire stay will be due. You cannot claim a refund for non-consumed days. 5 / Insurance - The tenant must be covered by liability insurance. The children remain permanently; regardless of the location on the site (swimming pool, restaurant, etc. …) are the responsibilities of the parents who are responsible for the behavior of their children. 6 / No show - In case of no-show on the site within 24 hours after the beginning of your stay and without justification and / or news of your arrival, we will cancel your reservation. In this case we will keep the cancellation policy. 7/ Cancellation - The campsite will not be held responsible in the event of cancellation or interruption to your stay. Accordingly, this will result in no refund being given on the part of the campsite. For good coverage, we recommend that you take out cancellation insurance yourself. 8 / Deposit accommodations - For the accommodation will be asked for a deposit of € 200, payable on arrival. This will be returned if the accommodation is left in perfect condition. The cleaning fee will be charged if the property is not cleaned by you and you have not booked the final cleaning on your reservation (70 € for accommodation with sanitation, € 40 for accommodation without sanitation). You can make an appointment before leaving for the final inspection. If the departure takes place after opening hours, the key can be left in the mailbox. In that case, the deposit will be refunded and guest will be informed by e-mail. 9 / Minors / visitors - Minors unaccompanied by their parents are not allowed, except under certain conditions (parental certificates). Visitors are authorized; their host is responsible for them and they have to present themselves and pay at the reception desk upon arrival. 10 / Pets - Pets - apart from Class 1 and Class 2 dangerous dogs - are for a supplement payable at the time of booking. When admitted, they must be kept on a lead at all times. They are prohibited from swimming areas, at sanitary buildings and around children's playgrounds. Dogs' and cats' vaccination certificates must be up-to-date. 11 / Complaint - Any potential complaint concerning non-compliance of facilities with regard to contractual obligations must be in writing, by post or e-mail after your stay within 20 days, submitted to Camping Les Charmes. 12 / Description of our services - The general information given in the brochure and are given on the website as an indication by and cannot be considered binding. Provided it can be changed during the season (by municipal decision). The campsite guarantees the authenticity and accuracy of information. The photos are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractual. It goes without saying that customers are informed of any changes.
