The campsite is well located for a stopover when making the North-South trip, but having discovered it we would have happily spent a lot longer than our single night. It is located within acres of beautifully maintained vineyards and a ten minute walk from an historic village dominated by domaine (and where you will find a lovely little shop, albeit pricey). The site was extremely busy on our visit, but we were lucky enough to be allocated a fabulous plot overlooking the vineyards. The owners (Dutch?) were very welcoming, organised and efficient, providing just the right amount of information about the site and the area. The pool was small but the separate waterside was a big bonus for the kids (and parents!). It was crowded, but to be expected during the height of the season. If you love sites in a fabulous location and are happy with plenty of vibrancy on site, you will love this site.
Lovely peaceful campsite
Reception closed when we arrived over the lunch time but a note said to choose a pitch which we did. On return from an afternoon trip off site we were made to feel very welcome. Wonderful overnight stop; fabulous views over the vineyards in a relaxed environment. Nice evening meal with wine and good service. Fresh bread on site in the morning.
