General conditions of sale - All rentals are nominative. The person making the reservation must be an adult. Reservation requests including minor children not accompanied by a direct legal representative (father, mother, or grandparent) will be refused. In the description, the client is informed of the maximum number of beds for each rental. This number means any person declared on the contract (baby included). The accommodation may in no case be occupied by a number greater than that indicated in the contract. The management reserves the right to prohibit unregistered people from entering the campsite. The reservation of a camping pitch or furnished accommodation becomes effective only with our agreement (checking availability…) and after payment of a deposit of 30% of the amount of the stay, as well as the contribution for Cancellation insurance insofar as it is taken out, accompanied by the rental contract completed and signed. On arrival, all tenants must have paid the balance of their stay one month before arrival (for all reservations less than one month before arrival, the entire stay will be requested) and present themselves at the reception office, provided with their booking confirmation and be given the number of their pitch or the keys to their accommodation. A space is available on the day of arrival from 2 P.M. and must be vacated on the day of departure before 2 P.M. In case of overrun, an additional night will be charged. The maximum number of people accepted on the same site is 6. Taking possession of furnished rentals takes place after 3 P.M. and until 8 P.M., and return, on the day of departure before 10 A.M. A deposit of € 200 is required on arrival. It is returned on departure, deduction made from any deterioration. A second deposit of € 50 is requested and collected in the event that the rental is not returned in perfect condition at the end of the stay, cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. Only one vehicle is authorized on the rental pitches. Similarly, no canvas structure will be accepted on the locations of rental accommodation, in addition to sleeping or extra sleeping. Each rental contains all kitchen and table equipment as well as bedding, pillows, blankets, duvets. The tenant must have pillowcases, fitted sheets, flat sheets or duvet covers, bathroom linen, kitchen linen, cleaning products. The equipment of each rental is subject to an inventory. The tenant is required to check it upon arrival and report any anomaly within 3 days maximum. The customer is held responsible for any broken or damaged object and for any damage which could result therefrom or be caused to the installations. Any breakage, loss or damage to an object during the stay must be reported in order to ensure the replacement of this object and may possibly be invoiced. The inventory will be done by appointment on the day of departure, between 8h and 9h50. For any departure outside the fixed hours, the deposit will be returned by mail. Pets are prohibited in the rentals. They are accepted (with the exception of 1st and 2nd category dogs, which are strictly prohibited on the campsite and a maximum of 2 on a campsite) only under the following conditions: o The animal must be tattooed and vaccinated (health requested on arrival) - o The animal must be tied to the pitch, kept on a leash on the campsite, and its excrement managed by the owner - O The animal can in no case be left alone on a pitch in the absence of his masters - Failure to comply with these conditions will be the subject of a formal notice. In the event that this is not respected, a term may be set for the rental of the site or accommodation. Cancellation: all cancellations must reach us in writing (registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt, telegram, etc.). In case of cancellation of a location or rental of a chalet, mobile home, lodge tent or dormitory: o Cancellation made more than 60 days before the scheduled date: Refund of the deposit. O Cancellation made less than 60 days before the scheduled date: No refund of the deposit. O Cancellation made less than 7 days before the scheduled date: No refund of the deposit and the amount of the stay is due. The same conditions would apply to the campsite, which would cancel the reservation made by the client. In the event of delayed arrival or early departure, in a camping pitch or in rental accommodation, no reduction will be granted, the stay will be invoiced until the end of the contractual date. The location or accommodation rentals will become available again, in the absence of information from the campsite, the day after the scheduled arrival date. Any unused service will not be reimbursed. The management of Camping Pré Rolland cannot be held liable in the event of damage or theft of personal effects both in rental accommodation and on camping pitches or car parks, insofar as these facts are not attributable to it. It will be the same for fortuitous cases of force majeure or nuisance disturbing, interrupting, or preventing the stay. We remind you that children are under the responsibility of their parents or legal guardians and must therefore remain under their supervision throughout the duration of the stay, including on the playgrounds. The Client must verify that he has taken out Multi-risk and Civil Liability insurance.
