Lieu-Dit Camp Redon - Livers-Cazelles

The campsite is located in the beautiful area between the rivers Tarn and Aveyron. The nearby Cordes sur ciel (5 minutes away) is described as the most beautiful medieval village in France where you'll find many historic buildings, cosy terraces and artists' workshops.

Friendly campsite in beautiful countryside
We enjoyed our stay at this lovely campsite, where we stayed for 5 nights in July 2013. The campsite is owned and run by a dutch family who spoke excellent english. They were very friendly and the facilities good. We had our own tent and we were able to select a pitch which was quite shady and quite private. We even had wi fi on our pitch. The pool was nice and there was a small restaurant where we had dinner a couple of times. We did not have cooking facilities of our own and the staff were happy to make us tea/coffee in the morning - we just had to ring the bell and they came and opened up. It was possible each evening to place an order for bread which was delivered to our tent the following morning. The toilets and showers were very clean and we never had to queue, although the campsite was not completely full while we were there. The countryside surrounding the campsite was very nice with the historical hilltop town of Cordes only a few minutes drive away. The only thing which was missing was a TV room. The Tour de France was on while we were there and it would have been nice to have had somewhere to watch the highlights. Overall a very enjoyable stay at a lovely campsite run by very friendly and helpful people. Would definitely recommend.
