| Other | Camping airotel oleron 4 stars - General conditions of rental 2019 the reservation will be taken into account - After agreement of the direction - With your payment of 150 € / week rented for a rental - Or - With your payment of 120 € for the sites to be worth on your bill of stay more 23 € non refundable booking fee, + 15 € cancellation insurance (optional) non refundable. * All reservations are personal and not transferable to a third party. Special conditions for rental : * in July August, rental 7- 10- 11- 14 - 21 nights arrival from 15h departure last 10h. * Upon arrival deposit of 285 € including : -200 € for various degradations -85 € for the household if you do not want to do it before your departure. * The tenant must check the accuracy of the inventory and report within 48 hours errors found. The deposit will be returned after review of the premises, the rental must be left in perfect cleanliness. Only one vehicle is allowed and no tenting will be tolerated on the rented site. * In March, April, May, June, September, October, November rental possible at the weekend or for 2/3 nights during the week. Following general conditions : * visitors must be declared and may be admitted after authorization from the direction and under the responsibility of those who receive them. They are required to pay a fee. * For rent the balance will be paid 30 days before your arrival. * When camping the balance will be paid on the day of your arrival - * No reduction will be granted for a delay or early departure. Attention you must notify us of any delay in your arrival, in order to keep your rental or your location. Beyond 24 hours without news, it will be available to managers. * Cancellation insurance (optional) it is 15 € / week and is settled at the time of booking. It allows the reimbursement of sums incurred in case of cancellation- will be retained, the costs of resa 23 € and cancellation insurance 15 € for the following reasons and with proof : serious illness accident or death, recent economic dismissal. * In the event of cancellation more than 60 days before your arrival, a lump sum of 60 € will be retained on the amount paid as well as the expenses of file. * In case of cancellation less than 60 days before your arrival, no refund will be made, a cancellation insurance is strongly recommended. * Dogs of category 1 and 2 (pitbull, rotweller…) are not allowed in the campsite. Tattoo and anti-rabies vaccination valid, health book will be presented on the day of your arrival, leave mandatory. * Only one vehicle per location is allowed. The extra vehicles will have to park in the car park before the barriers of the campsite. * For the vehicle authorized to enter the campsite a badge will be given to you (deposit 20 € requested) closing of the entry barriers 22h30 to 8h. * Jurisdiction clause : any disputes will fall within the jurisdiction of the competent court of Marennes. * No refund will be made in case of early departure, whatever the reason. |
