Rental terms - The landlord sends the prospective lessee a description of the rental and a rental commitment that he will just return completed and accompanied by the deposit (25% accommodation and 30 € pitch) and booking fees (15 to 5 €) in case a stay on the campsite would suit him. Upon receipt the lessor agrees to send by return mail or email an acknowledgment of receipt of the deposit received confirming the reservation. Inventory & state location - The landlord provides the housing in accordance with the descriptive state and in good working order and cleanliness. An inventory of fixtures (furniture, equipment and kitchen utensils) will be made at the entrance and departure of the tenant. Any damage to the premises will be charged to the lessee who will be responsible for the damage caused. The maintenance of the rental is the responsibility of the tenant for the duration of the stay. It is reminded that the rentals must be cleaned and the refrigerator defrosted before your departure (unless the landlord advises otherwise). Otherwise the lessor can retain the sum of 50 € minimum on the deposit for the cleaning of the rental. NB : Sheets and linens not supplied - except option requested when booking. Special clauses and termination - In case of cancellation less than 30 days before the arrival date, the deposits paid to the campsite will not be refunded. In case of cancellation more than 30 days before the date of arrival and for a justified reason the down payments will be refunded on presentation of a documentary evidence of your situation, after deduction of the expenses of file which remain acquired with the camp-site. A rental is rented by name and can not under any circumstances be subleased. If the number of people or vehicles (only 1 vehicle per rental, a parking at the entrance of the campsite is at your disposal) are different from that initially planned correction will be made immediately.
