Conditions for cottages. Conditions : The tenant, signing this contract, concluded for a fixed period may in no circumstances invoke any right to remain in the premises at the end of the rental period. Bed linen and towels are provided. For longer stays, the room cleaning is done every 3 days on request. Outside these periods, or if necessary, small maintenance equipment is available. The ancillary facilities (indoor pool, terrace…) are strictly reserved for guests only and under their own responsibility. It is forbidden to smoke or eat in the rooms. It is forbidden to use the terrace tables for your personal recovery. It is forbidden to bring drinks in the room and eat on site. Pets are not allowed. Reservations. The reservation becomes binding when the booking is returned, signed by the customer, with a deposit of 25% of the rental amount and this within 10 days after shipment of the lease. Pool hours. The pool is open between 10am and 12am in the morning and between 16h and 19h in the afternoon. Host table. Opportunity to dine in the evening (on request) - Rates : 20 € / adult and 10 € / child. Menu Entry - main course - dessert and 1/4 wine / person. Closed Wednesday and Sunday evenings. Cancellation. Cancellation by the customer. All cancellations must be notified by registered letter or email to the owner. If the guest room is reserved for a stay, the deposit is forfeited to the owner. The owner may request the balance of the price of accommodation, if the cancellation occurs less than 15 days before the scheduled date of arrival. Failure of the client : If the client does not respond within 24 hours after the scheduled date for the start of the holiday, the contract becomes void and the owner can have his guest room. The deposit remains with the owner who asked for payment of the balance of the price of accommodation. Shortened stay : In case of shortened stay, the price for the cost of accommodation remains with the owner. Reduction in the number of tenants : Unless prior written consent of the owner, no reduction in the number of tenants in relation to that specified in the contract may result in a reduction of the rental price initially determined. Cancellation by the owner. In case of cancellation by the owner, in case of force majeure, it will transfer to the lessee. Are collected. Tax : 0.5 € / person / night. Use of premises. The customer must ensure the peaceful nature of the lease and to use according to the destination. Places. Insurance. The tenant certifies to be covered by liability insurance covering its liability.
