After living for more than 25 years in a small village near Vichy, we wanted to settle in Vichy and thus be able to create an activity that combines hospitality and tourism. We fell in love with this house because of its architecture and because of its name that evokes the other side, travel. We, our own travellers and adventure enthusiasts, wanted to be interested in the name of the Villa. Our research took us to the territory of Annam, present-day Vietnam, via Algeria and also Vichy where the Prince of Annam stayed during the cures. It's an Art Nouveau house that opens its doors to you. Built in 1904 by architect Adrien Dacq, the Villa has retained all its features through the years. It only took restoration work to restore its luster, its splendour. As soon as you push the door, the house invites you into its charming interior, warm and bathed in light. Villa Prince d'Annam is nestled in a neighbourhood next to the Baths where calm and tranquillity reign, in the heart of Vichy, 100 meters from the Rotunda and Lake Allier. We offer our 3 comfortable guest rooms with high quality bedding, combining elegance, authenticity and a touch from elsewhere. On the ground floor, a lounge welcomes you to relax, read a book, flip through a magazine or listen to music on vinyl. Breakfast will be served in the living room next door or on the terrace. Prepared by us, it is composed of fresh local produce, our jams and honey from our hives. Next door is the breakfast area that will be served in the morning. The room overlooks a terrace that connects with the patio via a spiral staircase from Volvic. An exterior staircase made of Volvic stone leads you to the patio, a pleasant corner of greenery with its flowers, olive tree and fig tree. Its exposure allows it to be bright and bathed in sunshine. Benches, tables, chairs, sunbeds. Something to bask in. You can also have breakfast here - Ideally located during your stays in Vichy whether for spas, fitness, spa, wellness or for sporting events such as the Ironman, the world water skiing, motorcycle racing, horse racing at the racecourse, the International Jumping of Vichy, the French rowing championship, golf competitions and many others.
