The day of arrival: home as possible between 17: 00 and 19: 30 (knowing that it is always possible to arrange a home a little later or earlier if we are warned (essential in this case) - ALL the equipment from the house and the park (garden, parking, pool, terraces, summer kitchen…) are accessible only from the moment we met you (from 17: 00). Start your day: departure before 10: 00. ALL the equipment from the house and the park (garden, parking, pool, terraces, summer kitchen…) will not be accessible after the requested departure time (after 10: 00). Meals: breakfast (included in the room price) is composed of bread, jams, honey, butter, juices, hot drinks (coffee, tea, milk, chocolate…) and dairy products, all at will. We do not just salted breakfast. It is served from 8: 30 am to 10: 00 (9: 30 am on day of departure). Our house is still privately owned. The equipment is therefore reserved exclusively for our tenants. We ask our guests not to receive visits from us without our consent) : Facilities: pool from May 1 to September 30 (the responsibility of parents for children and only accessible by our hosts). Garden with swings and outdoor games: Badminton, Table Table tennis, Pétanque. Parking. Any added benefit to this contract will come in surplus on your invoice end of stay. Payment Terms : Payment of a deposit of 25% (with a minimum of one night per room). Your contact cards will be used for settlement of this deposit if you want to set a different mode of payment (travelers checks, species…), thank you to indicate at the time of booking. The balance will be paid at the end of your stay. Terms of rental of our B & Bs - Article 1 - Duration of stay: The tenant signing this contract concluded for a fixed period shall in no circumstances invoke any right to maintain occupancy at the end of the stay. Article 2 - Conclusion of contract: The reservation becomes effective when the tenant has sent the owner a deposit of 25% of the total amount of the stay with a minimum of one night per room and retained a copy of the signed contract. A second copy is kept by the customer. The prices are all inclusive. Article 3 - Cancellation by the client: All cancellations must be notified by letter to the owner. A) - Cancellation before arrival: If cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival, the deposit is returned. - If you cancel less than 30 days before arrival, the deposit remains with the owner, who reserves the right to claim the balance of the total stay. B) If the tenant does not manifest before 20 am on the day scheduled for the beginning of stay, this contract becomes void and the owner may dispose of its guest rooms. The deposit remains with the owner reserves the right to claim the balance of the total stay. C) In case of shortened stay: The price for the total cost of the stay remain due to the owner. Not consumed additional services will not be charged. Article 4 - Cancellation by the owner: Where before the beginning of the stay, the owner cancels this stay, he must inform the tenant by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt (if time allows), in all cases the sums paid to him will be immediately refunded. He will also receive compensation equal to the penalty he would have supported if the cancellation had been his on that date. Article 5 - Arrival: The tenant must present on the day and from the time mentioned in the contract. In case of early arrival or rooms or facilities (garden, lounge, dining room, swimming pool, summer kitchen…) will not be made available before the specified time. In case of late arrival, the tenant must notify the owner. Article 6 - Start: The tenant must vacate the room and facilities (garden, terraces, living room, dining room, swimming pool, summer kitchen…) the date and time specified in the contract. If the schedule indicated exceeded the cost of an extra night (excluding tax) will be charged to the tenant. Article 7 - Payment of balance: The balance is due at the end of the stay, additional consumption and services not mentioned in this contract will be added to the final bill. Article 8 - City tax: The tourist tax is a local tax that the tenant must pay the owner who then transfers it to the public treasury. Article 9 - Use of premises: The tenant will respect the peaceful character of the place and make use as intended. He agrees to leave the premises in good condition. Article 10 - Capacity: This contract is established for a specific number of people. If the number of tenants exceeds this number, the owner is able to refuse the additional customers. This refusal may in no case be considered a modification or termination of the contract at the initiative of the owner, so that in case of departure of the tenant, no refund can be considered. Article 11- Pets: Pets are not allowed in our guesthouse.
