La Bergerie Is More Than Outstanding!!
My wife and I stayed at La Bergerie for about fourteen weeks in 2018, on three separate occasions. Both Sylvie and Frédéric are excellent hosts and do whatever it takes to make your visit unforgettable. The gardens are beautifully maintained and contain many cozy spots where you can spend a very pleasant afternoon, and if you are lucky Nobby the cat will pay you a visit! We stayed in the gîtes Fuchsia and Hortensia last year. They are both immaculately kept and are very cozy. Also, Frédéric drives a taxi and can take you anywhere you need to go if you do not like driving. In fact he drove us to Paris in November to see our son who was playing in a band! The property is very conveniently located near many interesting sites to visit. Last year we visited the Mont Saint Michel, Deauville, Honfleur, Giverny, Chambord, and many castles nearby. Later this month we are returning to experience Spring in Normandy! Many thanks to Sylvie and Frédéric!
