In a big Girondine house of the nineteenth century, Michel L'Amouller and his children welcome you to the Château Frédignac farm, located in the immediate vicinity of Blaye. Free tasting and visit of the cellars will be proposed to you to discover our exploitation. In 2010, the conversion to organic farming was an additional step by abolishing all use of synthetic chemicals, especially for phytosanitary treatments (weed killers, insecticides, fungicides). After 3 years of conversion, the 2014 vintage was marked by the production of our first 100% certified organic wine… Marketing launched in 2016 for all of our products ! Today, our operation continues its ecological transformation with : - photovoltaic building - the construction of a building with passive energy (building whose energy consumption per m² is very low) will allow space to be used wisely : Production of electricity from the roof and its 240 m² of solar panels (electrical production equivalent to a dozen homes) ; Recovery of rainwater for the washing of agricultural equipment and for treatment water ; Storage of bottles in an ideal atmosphere for wine. Through this new commitment, we strive to produce an exceptional wine, consistent with our ethics, respectful of our environment and our traditions.
