Duration of stay: The customer signing this contract concluded for a fixed period may not under any circumstances claim any right to remain in the premises at the end of the stay. Cancellation: Cancellations can significantly affect the management of our guest rooms which forces us to a strict cancellation policy. Any cancellation must be notified by post or email. If the cancellation occurs more than 14 days before the beginning of the stay, the deposit will be refunded after deduction of the administrative fees (15 €) - If the cancellation occurs between the 14th and 2nd day inclusive before the beginning of the stay, the deposit will be kept and will not give rise to any compensation. If you do not show up within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival date, we may have the room. The deposit also remains acquired and you will have to pay the balance of the rental. Any stay started is due in its entirety. If before the beginning of the stay, we are forced to cancel the stay, we will inform you by mail or email and you will be refunded immediately and without penalty of the sums paid. Covid-19 cancellation: If your stay cannot be held due to the containment measures taken by the government, we undertake: • To give you a credit of the amount paid at the time of your reservation, have valid for 18 months from its issuance (ordinance n ° 2020-315 of March 25,2020) - • Or to reimburse you immediately and without penalty the amount paid at the time of your reservation. All other clauses remain unchanged and can be consulted in the general booking conditions section. Arrival: You must arrive between 17: 00 and 20: 00. Payment of the balance: The balance of the stay is paid at the entrance to the premises. Method of payment: bank check, bank transfer, cash. Use of the premises: For your comfort and that of the future occupants, the guest rooms are non-smoking. Capacity: The guest rooms are provided for a capacity of two people. If the number of occupants exceeds the number of customers indicated at the time of your reservation, we reserve the right to refuse additional guests. Any modification or termination of the contract will be considered at your initiative. Insurance: The customer is responsible for all damages occurring as a result of his act. He is required to be insured by a resort insurance contract for these different risks. Insurers very often provide this coverage at no additional cost in your home insurance. Litigation: Any dispute or claim relating to these terms and conditions of - Reservation or cancellation will be brought before the competent French court.
