Alain, our leader, revived for you traditional dishes such as the famous Kig Ha Farz specialty North Finistère, lamb farm, calf's head and other pigs feet from local producers. The Kig ha Farz is the signature dish of Leon, Northern Finistère... It means 'meat and farz'... We had a full meal which had the advantage of cooking alone while everyone was in the field... 3h minimum cooking !
the Kig ha farz is the meat pot au feu, the pork shank, bacon, sausage, cabbage, carrots, leeks, black far, far and lipig white sauce : onions cream butter.
