La pantoufle verte

A booking is for bed and breakfast – a bedroom with access to a shower room (towels are provided), and a full breakfast. The booking will be for the agreed number of guests (and rooms) and agreed number of nights. Subject to availability, bookings can be extended. In addition to breakfast, evening meals can also be provided by prior arrangement. The tariff is as published on the website, or as agreed by discussion. An enquiry becomes a firm booking only when the terms are agreed and a deposit of 25% has been received. For short notice bookings (less than 7 days in advance) this may not be practical and a booking may be accepted without deposit. In the event of cancellation by the booking guest, the deposit will only be refunded if there are more than 30 days to the start of the booking. In the exceptional circumstance of cancellation by the proprietors, every effort will be made to offer alternative accommodation locally, or the equivalent accommodation at another time. Deposits will be refundable in full. Payment of the outstanding balance is on departure, in euros, though arrangements can be made for payments to be in £ sterling. For longer bookings, guests may wish to pay instalments before or during their stay. Payment can be by cash or cheque. We do not accept cards or holiday vouchers. Arrival should be after 16h and departure by 12h. This allows for room cleaning, but can be adjusted for special circumstances. Guests are asked to give an estimate of arrival time. Arrangements can be made for very late arrivals. Guests are advised to arrange their own holiday/travel insurance. La pantoufle verte is no smoking in all areas of the house. There are no restrictions outside the house but guests are requested to respect other guests who are non smokers. As we have our own pets, it is not possible for guests to bring pets. The swimming pool is normally open from 1 June to 30 October. Guests are responsible for safety in and around the pool for all members of their party especially children, who should be supervised at all times. The jacuzzi is available all year (subject to routine cleaning and maintenance). Guests are requested to consult the proprietors before use. Coloured towels are provided for use with the pool and jacuzzi, and guests are requested to refrain from using the white indoor towels. Alcohol. “La pantoufle verte” is not licensed for the sale of alcohol. Wine is provided with the evening meal. A refrigerator is available for the use of guests.
