We would like to welcome you to Les Magnolias, located at the edge of the “bastide” Lalinde, founded by Henri iii Plantagenet in 1267. You will find our domain of 2.5 hectares on the banks of the Dordogne river. You can, after you have checked in at the reception, park your car in our private parking for guests. The swimming pool (17 x 7 m) has a lovely view of the river, it has extensive terraces and is surrounded by palm and olive trees. Wifi is available in the total accommodation. Our Maison de Maitre, a romantic riverside mansion from the 18th century, has recently been renovated into a boutique style chambre d'hotes accomodation. The adjacent building was used as a wine warehouse (chai) and is now converted into a gitescomplex. We have four generous guest rooms for our B & B guests and six tastefully furnished holidayhomes. Just 200 metres from Les Magnolias you will find a large supermarket where you can get all your daily needs. From Les Magnolias it is less than a 10-minute walk to the main square of the typical bastide town of Lalinde. Lalinde is a charming region center with friendly and helpful people and many facilities and activities. Within a circle of 20 minutes by car, you will find restaurants in all price ranges. Les Magnolias is located in the tourist heart (the golden triangle) of the Dordogne and offers the ideal base to explore the surrounding area. It's up to you how you want to enjoy the peace and quiet, the history, or even an active holiday. We also have a perfect central location for several trips with children. Within an hour you will be at the top sites and attractions !
