In the 18th century, while the famous avenue of Epernay was still called "Faubourg de la Folie", a wine merchant in Champagne had built his family home. It is now completing its renovation smoothly and soberly, like the Champagne Leclerc Briant, its current owner. This project aims to revive the original history of the house and the passion of its first occupant for the discovery of the world. The 25bis by Leclerc Briant had the privilege of joining the club "Esprit de France". This collection of hotels and residences in France aims to bring together a few happy owners around the common values of heritage, art and culture. Located on the floors, each of the rooms has its own singularity, in a warm and refined decor where attention has been paid to every detail. Many items of furniture or decoration have been preserved from previous owners and echo some elements with a more contemporary design. The house offers today, an area of 450m ² with 5 bedrooms, 3 living rooms, including a large room dedicated to gastronomy, not to mention the shop that presents all Leclerc Briant cuvées.
