In the program :

Two nights at the hotel in Wasselonne (Hostellerie à l'Etoile), the breakfasts, a dinner (all together) the first evening to get to know each other: Sauerkraut and ice cream sorbets.

A cellar visit with tastings of Alsatian wine and amuse, mouth (surprise bread, sweet and savory kougloff, fresh pretzel)

The following day around 11 o'clock, the dinner of New Year's Eve: a dance party with orchestra and gastronomic meal: aperitif (crémant cup or punch offered), small appetizer, terrine of duck foie gras half-cooked and his chutney à la orange, homemade brioche, flying scampi and crayfish in Armorican style, Creole fillet of beef and red sauerkraut with honey reduction Pinot Noir Buewespaetzle House (Alsatian pasta). 2nd option: Possibility of arrival on December 29th.

The program will then be a day and a night more, breakfasts and a meal pie flambées. The next day we will visit Strasbourg by bus and I will serve as a guide. We will take a boat trip on the Ill to visit the city without getting tired.

The price will then be 720 € for a couple.
