Warm welcome, comfortable stay
We have enjoyed the warm welcome, lovely and convenient location to discover the Cevennes. Very large and comfortable room (chambre jaune). Great knowledge of the region and advice on walks, what to do. Delicious breakfast in the garden.
Beautiful residence and grounds. Close to small towns with excellent restaurants. Friendly and Gracious hostess with fascinating local history information and recommendations. Close to hiking and walking trails. Drive to location was beautiful. Hostess communicated well before our arrival. Happy to recommend.
A very pleasant stay in a lived-in chateau
Besides the building with its variety of rooms, garden and excellent location, the highlight was meeting Madame Dulac. She is charming, attentive and provides the right amount of accurate information about what to see and where to eat.
Both the yellow room and especially the host. We felt very welcome and would love to stay there again. The charming host was very helpful in preparing our excursions in the region. She enriched our trips with intersting facts and background information. Her restaurant recommendations were excellent (and rather inexpensive as compared to French prices).
