Le clos de cogrenne

We had a delightful stay with Anne and Felix in their charming house. Not only did they welcome us warmly with their exquisite home made aperitif, they gave us much local information on where to go and where to eat, they talked widely and generously of their family through the years (great anecdotes of World War II) and they spent much time showing us through their family's renovations in the village. We loved every minute of our stay…not to speak of the superb breakfast…I so enjoyed translating for my non French speaking husband…he was delighted with the historical anecdotes. We chose this B and B for its location as we needed a night stopover in the area. What a great find. Situated in a pretty village near the Broceliande forest. Our welcome was very warm with tea and cake on arrival. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable and the breakfast with fresh orange juice and pancakes was delicious. Such great value for money. Highly recommended.
