Terms of Sales - Article 1 / Length of stay - Under no circumstances will the customer signing this contract concluded for a fixed period have any right to maintain in the premises. Article 2 / Formalities of reservation - Upon receipt of your booking request, we will send you an e-mail (or failing that by mail) to confirm your request and invite you to settle within a maximum of 7 days (calendar) following receipt of this mail (And in any case before the start of the stay a deposit equal to 50% of the total amount of the stay. This deposit can be made either by credit card, by contacting us by telephone (the references of your credit card will be requested) or by bank transfer (you will find our bank details in the confirmation request). In the case of the check, the deadline is reduced to 3 days (you will find our mailing address in the confirmation request), the latter will be cashed upon receipt. The amount of the deposit will be deducted from your invoice at the end of your stay. It is only after the deposit has been received that the booking will become firm and final and that you will validate your full agreement with these terms and conditions. In the event that the deposit is not paid in due time, the rooms will be automatically re-let. Article 3 / Cancellation of the stay by the customer - Cancellation of a stay must be notified by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the address of au coeur d'eden. Article 4 / Cancellation insurance - We inform you that no cancellation insurance is included in our rates. Article 5 / Cancellation of the stay by the owner - If, prior to the beginning of the stay, eden is obliged to cancel the booking of a customer, information will be sent immediately to the customer by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt (a message will also be sent by email as soon as We have the customer's email address). The customer will then be immediately and fully reimbursed the sums he has already paid. He shall also receive an indemnity equal to the penalty which he would have incurred if the annulment had taken place on that date. Article 6 / Time of arrival and departure - Your room will be ready to welcome you from 17h30 until 20h. It must be released the day of your departure for 11 hours at the latest. We thank you to inform us in case of arrival after 20 hours. Article 7 / Rates and tourist tax - Our terms and conditions are non-contractual and subject to change without notice. Our promotional offers are not cumulative. We collect the tourist tax and then transfer it to the Public Treasury via the Urban Community of arras. The tourist tax is € 0.40 per night and per person (from 18 years). If the number of persons is higher than the initial reservation, the amount of the stay will be revised accordingly. Similarly, if the number of persons were to be lower, the amount of the stay would be adjusted. If, however, the number of persons were to exceed the capacity of the room, then the additional persons would be refused. When you pick up the keys, you will be given a badge to access the House. The customer also agrees to respect the instructions of life that will be indicated to him and the present general conditions of sale. The client commits himself to make the rooms in perfect condition at the end of the stay and to declare systematically and to assume financially any degradation for which he would be responsible. This also applies to all equipment that will be made available during the stay (including bicycles). The attention of the clients is drawn to the fact that the minors evolving within the house are placed under the sole and entire responsibility of their parents or the persons having authority over them. At the heart of eden will not accept any responsibility for loss, theft and / or damage and / or injury to property and / or persons on the property, regardless of cause. Article 14 / Provision of bicycles - The availability of bicycles is subject to a reservation request at the time of confirmation of the reservation of the room subject to availability.
