In a bourgeois house dating from 1902, located at the entrance of the city center of Aix-les-Bains, we offer two magnificent bedrooms on the first level, with bathroom and toilet fully private. On the garden side, you will have a heated swimming pool, two terraces and an enclosed garden. The house is in a quiet area with possibility of free parking in our courtyard. The city center is 500 m, the SNCF train station 800 m and the beach of Aix-les-Bains with its aquatic center "Aqualis" 1.4 km; Everything is easily accessible on foot or by bike path. A bike path is at the end of our street for direct access to the lake in less than 2 minutes and downtown. We provide free 2 bikes for your stay with padlock and baskets. We welcome your pet but we ask you, in the first place, to inform us of its character, breed, weight… The daily rate, per animal is 10 €. We have a 6kg Norwegian cat and prefer to know the pet you want to bring. A summer kitchen (sink, gas hob, refrigerator, dishes…) can be used for 20 € per day. Note that in case of bad weather you will not have the opportunity to eat sheltered. Note that the living room, kitchen and second floor are reserved for us and that the house is non-smoking. When only one room (out of the 2) is booked, the second automatically becomes unoccupied, making the bathroom and toilet entirely private. Sheets and towels are provided as well as basic necessities (soap, shampoo, hairdryer…) - The 2 bedrooms leave the possibility of installing a cot (which we can put at your disposal). We do not allow catering in the rooms.
