Arrival time: between 16:00 and 19:00 Departure time: before 11:00 am - Cancellation by the client: All cancellations must be notified by letter or email sent to our address. A) If the cancellation beyond 7 days before arrival: the deposit is repaid, the pre-authorize credit card, canceled. B) If the cancellation occurs between 7 days and 24 hours prior to arrival, the deposit remains with us, the CB is charged 30% of the rental amount. C) If cancellation occurs within the 24 hours before the start of the holiday the balance payment of the stay will be asked (for down payment) or the total amount will be charged on the CB. If the client does not manifest 19 hours before the scheduled day of arrival, this contract becomes void and we will have our guest rooms. C) In case of shortened stay, the price corresponding to the initial residence remains fully vested. Not consumed additional services will be reimbursed.
