Use of the image: kayacorde reserves the right to use the photos taken during the performances to illustrate the - Brochures, various advertisements, website, … unless the participant advises otherwise. Coronavirus / covid-19: Kayacorde is committed to implementing all health precautions to protect its customers and employees. In the event that a reserved service had to be compromised by government decisions due to the coronavirus crisis, you can then cancel or modify your reservation without any penalty. If a total or partial payment has been made previously, we offer the possibility of using a deferral coupon of the amount equivalent to the amount deducted. This coupon is valid for 18 months from the date of booking. Of course, if you do not wish to postpone your reservation, we will refund the sums received in full without any compensation. |
