Our vineyard of 10 hectares oriented on the southern hillsides, communes of Taluyers and Saint Laurent d'Agny benefits from a soil sandy, granitic and makes remarkable terroir wines. Centuries-old vines, anchored in the deepest of the ground, make wines worthy of being tasted. His absolute respect for the land, his commitment to viticulture and traditional and natural winemaking, his conviction that only organic farming approaches make it possible to express our terroir perfectly. Moreover, the association of talents within the same family ensures the sustainability of a know-how. Considering nature and traditions as their best assets, the Jullian Family has mastered the art of making wine for 6 generations. Henri & Sylvie, the 5th and Lucie & Pierre, the 6th generation work together on the estate. Since 2009 we have been working on organic vineyards and since 2012 we have practiced Biodynamic techniques: - The use of exclusively natural preparations (dandelion, precious, silica, nettle tea) - Work according to the lunar cycle - Soil and a winter grass - the culmination of this step with the rearing in jars and amphorae - We produce Chardonnay (2 ha) and Gamay (8ha) in aoc Coteaux du Lyonnais. Our wine production is totally bottled at the estate.
