Our prices - All our prices are quoted per person and include VAT as well as transport liability insurance. Cancellation - The balloon flight is totally dependent on the weather. Only the pilot is entitled to take the decision to take off. Balloon Flight reserves the right to cancel a flight due to poor weather forecasts or bad weather conditions any time up to take-off, for reasons of insufficient security. In this case, a report will be proposed. The ticket will remain valid for two years from the date of issue. Boarding conditions - No one has the right to board our balloon without a valid flight ticket. As an air passenger carrier, Balloon Flight is subject to the conditions stipulated in the Warsaw Convention. The pilot Balloon Flight is the only master on board and as such he has authority over all people on board. It has the option to refuse boarding or to disembark any person among the passengers or any part of the load which may present a danger for the safety, salubrity or good order of the aircraft. Flight conditions - The flight is fully subject to the weather we do not guarantee any circuit or course. The average duration of a flight is one hour. The pilot reserves the right to change the duration, the place of departure, the time of appointment and all that concerns the flight. The missions are carried out in VFR (visual flight, as defined by the regulations of the Directorate General of Civil Aviation). Vol en Ballon has declared its activity as passenger air carrier to the DSAC (Civil Air Safety Directorate), in accordance with the regulations in force. Carrying less than 4 passengers per flight, Balloon Flight does not need a CTA (Air Carrier Certificate) ; on the other hand, Balloon Flight applies the same requirements. Disputes - Any dispute, dispute, failure to settle or difficulty of any kind relating to our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts on which the company Vol en Ballon depends, with the sole exception of cases subject to the rules of the public policy competence. Insurance - Insurance costs covering each passenger under the civil liability associated with the aircraft used are included. The risks are borne for amounts comparable to those required by the Warsaw Convention, in terms of air passenger transport. Objects taken by passengers are not taken into account by our insurers as well as any damage to your clothing or in case of suicide or intentional injury. Your obligations - 1. Medical Conditions - We are not qualified to judge your fitness for a flight, it is up to you to take advice from whom you are entitled. You can not fly if you have a serious medical problem or if you have just undergone surgery without a medical certificate certifying your good health. We are sorry we can not ship pregnant women or anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol. 2. Communication of personal information - Balloon flight will require you to provide the following personal information that is necessary for the publication of tickets but also the establishment of the mass estimate, obligation related to the safety of the flight : - Name, first name, weight (in Kg) - 3. Children - We do not accept flying children under 8 years old and measuring less than 1.20 m. Any child under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. It is your responsibility to tell us the exact age of the child. 4. Clothing - You must wear clothes suitable for hot air ballooning : flat shoes and comfortable clothes. No high heels, skirts or flip flops.
