We are a 17 hectare family winery that we have been driving in organic conversion since 2019. In keeping with tradition, we produce Pouilly Fumé, Coteaux du Giennois, Loire Country Wines and Cassis Cream.
Passionate about viticulture and winemaking, we chose in 1996 to devote ourselves to the cultivation of vines and the production of wine thanks in particular to the many historical, geological and climatic advantages that presents our terroir.
Always listening to our terroir, we cultivate the vines in an eco-responsible way: regular monitoring and observations, soil analysis, weather study to adapt winemaking practices to environmental conditions with the utmost respect for our precious terroir.
In order to express the true potential of our 14 vintages, we explore all the avenues of expression of our terroir: this is how our Domain regularly offers new vintages, to create a veritable library of aromas.
