La Petite Veyssière - Neuvic
A watermill dating back to the 16th century, the Moulin de la Veyssière is the last active walnut oil mill in the Vern Valley. Located in Neuvic sur l'Isle, it belongs to the Elias family since 1857. Seven generations of millers have followed one another and continue the tradition of handcrafting walnut and hazelnut oil.
True living heritage, place of life and sharing, the visit of the Moulin de la Veyssière will make you travel between history and gastronomy.
You can taste the handmade walnut and hazelnut oils and discover the gourmet shop located in the old mill bakery.
Manufacture of walnut oil every Friday from 10 am to 6 pm from July 13,2018 to August 24,2018.
