The village of Mercurey in Côte Châlonnaise, a secret and unspoiled part of Burgundy, is home to countless treasures: Romanesque churches, votive crosses, old stones, splendid vaulted cellars and sublime landscapes. Unique in Côte Châlonnaise, this 150m² vat room has been entirely renovated in the pure regional and traditional tradition according to a real old-fashioned work, combining noble materials produced locally: Burgundy stone (Corton), Burgundy oak, glass and metal aged. The set gives it a warm, modern and refined atmosphere that evolves with the seasons and the day.
