The exhibition is devoted to highlighting the rich heritage of the Argonne glassmaking industry. Glassworks in Argonne, a history of more than 17 centuries, varied productions : glassware, glass, jars, millions of bottles, garden bells. And great successes : these productions have spread throughout France and to America. This story was written and documented by local historian and archaeologist François Jannin. A new exhibition every year - Open since 2009, the exhibition is renewed in depth each year to illuminate different facets of this story, to discover men, techniques and productions over the ages. The exhibitions are designed and produced by the Argonne Glass Friends Association, supported by experts and experts from multiple backgrounds. Original videos illustrate the topics covered.
