Maison Bruyere is a cookie factory built in 1964 in the Tarn area. For over 50 years we have been confectioning premium biscuits with natural quality ingredients. You will have a direct look inside our production site and we offer in our factory store all the products we make, along with other regional specialties (wine, pâté, juices, etc.). You will be able to taste the famous Croquants de Cordes, Chalumeaux from Albi and many other delights.
