Our tidiness and hygiene commitments to guarantee you a relaxing stay this summer! - A profound respect for the national sanitary guidelines applicable to camp sites and restaurants - A trained camping and restaurant team to apply the distancing rules and the reinforced cleaning and hygiene methods. - A professional team who, this summer, will be wearing a mask or a faceshield - Hydro-Alcoholic gel and/or soapdispensers for our guests and workforce in the shared spaces at the campsite. - All over the campsite detailed posters will remind us of the basic hygiene rules and the physical distancing guidelines. - A walking direction in the shared spaces (reception desk, sanitary buildings, among others) to help keep a safe distance. - Various times per day the shared spaces and buildings will be thoroughly and profoundly cleaned, accommodation at every change of guest. - A simplified arrival and departure procedure due to an email send to you before arrival. All usefull and necessary information for your stay will be available on line under ‘Clic&Read'. - Two covid hirondelle contact persons, one for French natives and one for our foreign guests, have been appointed to saveguard a contious and optiomal approach of hygiene and health situations.
