The Logis Chez Sophie Restaurant in Briouze offers an authentic and family atmosphere. Family because it is held for 3 generations by the same family. It was in 1949 that Sandrine and Maxime’s Grandmother settled in this small Norman town. Then, his son Didier and his daughter-in-law Annie took over in 1981 and since 2011, their two children, Sandrine and Maxime Excellent. Today holder of the status Master Restaurateur, it was only a formality. Indeed, the grandmother “Sophie” had a farm next to her hotel restaurant and the milk from the morning milking served at the restaurant… The DNA of this establishment is therefore naturally Home and/or Local Products!!! The restaurant rooms, kitchen and back of the shop were completely modernized in 2011. The hotel was completely renovated in January 2023. Close to Bagnoles-de-l'orne, on the Flers-Argentan axis, the establishment also welcomes groups for private or professional events.
