We spent two weeks in September, enjoying a mix of bouldering, cycling and walking in the forest. The weather was perfect and we greatly enjoyed an afternoon dip in the pool as the temperature hit the thirties. The gite is very comfortable and ideally located with quick access to the forest. The provision of bouldering mats and bikes was a great asset. We were made very welcome and are already planning a return visit next year.

Joelle and Patrick made us feel very welcome. The house is comfortable, clean and quiet. The house has everything you could possibly want, including bikes, bouldering mats and climbing guides ! There is a gate from the garden onto the footpath into Les trois pignons so you can walk straight to the bouldering areas. We had exclusive use of the lovely pool every afternoon. There is also table tennis and table football which the kids loved. We've had a great holiday and can't wait to come back. Highly recommended.

Set in a stunning forest with chaotic rocks. Accommodation was very good. Perfect garden for a dog. Fabulous swimming pool. Amazing hosts. Close to Disneyland and Asterix

We've stayed in many self-catering holiday houses in Fontainebleau, and this is the best we've found. Joelle and Patrick were extremely kind and welcoming; the house is beautifully equipped and we enjoyed the many extras (E.g. Table tennis, table football, bicycles, Monty Python dvds - it rained!). For anyone who wants to climb, the location is astonishing.

Propriétaires charmants, aux petits soins pour leurs protégés et discrets dans leur maison à côté de la location. En sortant à pied de la propriété débute déjà une des nombreuses promenades et randonnées au sein de la forêt de Fontainebleau ; celle-ci est la ballade du "Rocher Cailleau". Pour les autres sorties en forêt les cartes ign et autres livrets-guides sont disponibles sur place, de même que les topos des rochers pour les varappeurs. Ne pas rater la ballade très bien indiquée des Gorges de Franchard. Dans l'ensemble et bien sûr pour les ravitaillements, un moyen de locomotion est indispensable. Pour qui ne la connaît pas encore, cette forêt aux diverses essences et ses innombrables rochers biscornus valent le détour. Certains ressemblent à des champignons, mais il y en a de vrais aussi. De plus, pas mal de sites aux attraits culturels et touristiques, à visiter. Une semaine de plein air, réussie … ; 0>

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour avec nos trois petits enfants dans une maison très spacieuse, confortable, au calme, disposant d'un accès direct à la forêt. Les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié la piscine, les jeux ainsi que les randonnées et escalades à proximité. Il faut remercier les propriétaires pour leur accueil, leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité.

Accueil chaleureux, logement spacieux et très bien équipé, grand jardin avec piscine, proximité de la fôret, vélos et crashpads disponibles.

La maison est très bien aménagée, propre, au calme et correspond tout à fait au descriptif de l'annonce. Les pièces sont spacieuses, confortables et très bien équipées, (tv, lecteur dvd etc...) - Les propriétaires sont disponibles pour vous conseiller au mieux dans vos projets de visites et d'un grande gentillesse. La piscine est mise gracieusement à disposition lorsque le temps le permet. De plus le fait d'arriver dans une location ou les lits sont faits est appréciable et la mise à disposition du linge de toilette permet d'alléger considérablement les valises, surtout avec trois enfants. Nous avons beaucoup aimé cette semaine de vacances qui nous a permis de découvrir la région de fontainebleau et de nous rendre à Paris en une heure pour visiter. Nous recommandons vivement cette location à des seniors, familles avec ou sans enfants.

Immer ansprechbar..Gute Tipps für Ausflüge und hilfreich zur Seite gestanden..Wir haben uns als Familie mit 2 Kindern/14 Jahre sehr wohl gefühlt..Es ist alles da was man braucht. Der große Pool war immer eine schöne Abkühlung. ? Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in knapp 50 min gut erreichbar. Wir empfehlen das Ferienhaus sehr gern weiter. Vielen dank für die schönen Urlaubstage. Sehr nette, aufmerksame Vermieter. Sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus. Sogar Crashpads und Räder vorhanden. Umgebung ideal für Boulderer, aber auch zum Spazierengehen in den umliegenden Wäldern. Paris gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Ruhige schöne Wohnung, perfekt für Familien, 5min Fußweg zum nächsten Bouldergebiet (J.A. Martin). Es ist alles vorhanden : Bouldermatten, Fahrräder, Wanderkarten, Kletterführer, Tischkicker, Tischtennis etc… Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen !

Als Familie mit zwei älteren Kindern haben wir uns hier drei Wochen sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zurückhaltend. Im Haus mit großem Grundstück direkt am Wald findet man absolute Ruhe und Privatsphäre. Auch die vorbeiführende Straße stört kaum. Der Pool ist großartig, sauber, auch an kühlen Regentagen zu nutzen. Das Haus mit allem Komfort, großzügig, sehr sauber, große Küche mit sehr guter Ausstattung, in 3 Zimmern tv und dvd, auch deutsche Programme, bequeme Betten. Bouldergebiete alle in der Nähe, Baden kann man auch im Fluß in Grez-sur-Loing mit schöner Liegewiese (20 Minuten mit dem Auto). Paris in einer Stunde mit Auto zu erreichen. Supermarkt in 10 Minuten mit Auto. An kalten Tagen wird das Haus mit einer Fußbodenheizung gemütlich warm. Alles war absolut perfekt ! Wir kommen wieder ! Mon commentaire - Vielen Dank. Abbiamo passato una settimana indimenticabile ! La casa e' assolutamente come descritta, bellissima e offre una qualità che vale le 5 stelle del giudizio. Siamo stati accolti da Joelle e Patrick (i proprietari) che si sono dimostrati gentili e disponibili come se ci avessero conosciuti da molto più tempo. Il giardino e' chiuso, recintato e quindi ci sentiamo di consigliare la casa anche per chi ha animali come noi e vuole lasciarli liberi di giocare in giardino : noi abbiamo viaggiato coi nostri 2 cani. La casa ci e' stata consegnata pulita e fornita di tutto : stoviglie, asciugamani e teli da bagno e lenzuola, proprio come nella descrizione. La Foresta dei 3 Pignons che offre stupende passeggiate e anche la possibilita' di arrampicata, si trova a 5 minuti di cammino da casa. La regione inoltre offre innumerevoli siti turistici come i castelli di Versailles e Fontainebleau, e tanti villaggi storici e pittoreschi come Barbizon ad esempio : depliant e guide turistiche sono comunque disponibili in casa per potersi organizzare al meglio, insieme ai suggerimenti di Patrick e Joelle ! Vogliamo ringraziare Joelle e Patrick per averci fatto passare una settimana veramente speciale in un posto cosi bello e magico. We spent an unforgettable week ! The house is absolutely as described, beautiful and offers a quality that is worth the 5 stars rating. We were greeted by Joelle and Patrick (the owners) that have proven helpful and friendly as if we had known a lot longer. The garden is closed and fenced and then we can recommend the house even for those who have animals like us and want to leave them free to play in the garden : we traveled with our 2 dogs. The house was immaculate clean and provided with everything : dishes, towels and bath towels and sheets, just like in the description. The "Forest of 3 Pignons" offers wonderful walks and also the possibility of climbing, is a 5-minute walk from home. The region also offers numerous tourist attractions such as the castles of Versailles and Fontainebleau, and many historic towns and picturesque villages such as Barbizon, for example : brochures and tourist guides are available in the house in order to better organize, together with the suggestions of Patrick and Joelle ! Belangrijkste voordeel van deze accommodatie is de ligging, in het bos. Op loopafstand van boulder gebied. De gastheer- en vrouw zijn heel vriendelijk en bijzonder behulpzaam. We zouden zeker naar deze accommodatie terugkeren wanneer we dit gebied opnieuw bezoeken. De keuken is volledig uitgerust, met prima koffiezetapparaten, magnetron, oven, etc. De bedden zijn goed en het grootste bed is breed genoeg voor 2 personen om comfortabel te slapen.

We hebben een geweldige week gehad met onze 3 kinderen van 11,9 en 5 jaar. Verblijf met veel voorzieningen; fietsen, zwembad, tafeltennis-en voetbaltafel. De combi natuur met de stad Parijs echt een aanrader. Eigenaren waren bijzonder vriendelijk en gaven veel nuttige tips.
