Welcoming and friendly hosts. The gîte was just what we hoped for with the beautiful canal just at the back of the garden. Lovely cycling along the excellent canal towpath with the boats going through the locks. It was interesting to visit Auxerre and Vézelay. Very comfortable bed on ground floor and a well equipped kitchen. A big thank you to the Brossiers from Gill and Chris Parker - мы были очень счастливы в вашем маленьком домике. Спасибо.

Gilles and Svetlana were gracious hosts, in their lovely gite, which came fully equipped! We spent our time enjoying our breakfast on the patio and then spent the day exploring the villages along the canal by bike. The village is small but the bakery is excellent and the little store was adequate to our needs. We visited the local markets by bike and by bus and explored Romanesque churches, and we even think that we found the old Roman road that runs through Sery! We did not have a car (by choice), so the train strike put a crimp in our plans - we had thought that we could hop on the train and go to Auxerre or Clamecy whenever we wanted to, nevertheless it didn't bother us much.. There are two great restaurants within easy distance, one at Accolay and another Merry sur Yonne. The best thing about the place was the quiet and the calm; we watched the swans, herons, and barges on the canal, saw innumerable birds, many in the garden, but also raptors hovering over the ripening wheat fields beyond the canal. In the evening the only sound was the clinking of glasses on the barges, and some laughter. We recommend it highly, and hope to go back. D vrn yir.

Very friendly proprietors, most welcoming. Very nicely kept accommodation with every amenity in a fantastic location perfect for exploring the area.

We really enjoyed our stay, Gilles was most welcoming and it was lovely being right on the canal, perfect for evening strolls and cycle rides.

Dans une région intéressante, belle et calme, nous avons trouvé dans ce cottage tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour passer une semaine de vacances réussie.

Charmante maisonnette décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Très calme. Propriétaires très discrets mais disponibles et sympathiques. Maison bien située pour visiter la région. Canal situé derrière le jardin. Idéal pour les balades à vélo. Nous recommandons cette location.

L'espace cuisine séjour manque un peu de confort (pas de fauteuils que des chaises ou banquette).

Bon accueil des propriétaires. Le gîte est bien placé au bord du chemin de hallage. Nous avons apprécié le calme des lieux.

Gîte très bien équipé grand jardin au bord du canal nivernais.

Wir fanden eine gute, saubere und komplett eingerichtete Wohnung mit einem tollen Garten in einer schönen Landschaft vor. Unsere Gastgeber waren überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir werden immer wieder zurückkommen.

Ein nettes Ferienhaus für 2 Personen, wir haben uns dort sehr wohl geführt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Die Lage, direkt am Kanal de Nivernais ist optimaler Ausgangspunkt zum Radeln. Schöner Garten und eine gepflegte Ferienwohnung. Können wir gerne weiterempfehlen.

Sehr nette Vermieter. Alles supersauber, alles da, was man braucht. Erholung pur an einem ruhigen Ort direkt am Kanal. Gerne wieder!

Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und die Wohnung mit allem ausgestattet, was den Ferienaufenthalt angenehm macht. Schlüsselübergabe und Abrechnung waren problemlos.

Das Haus ist sehr schön, mit Terrasse, Garten direkt am Kanal und Grill. Das Dorf ist klein, mehrere Geschäfte, aber kein Restaurant. Die Vermieter wohnen nebenan und sind sehr freundlich.

Leider war das Wetter sehr schlecht, die ersten Tage war es sehr kalt, die Heizung hat es leider nicht geschafft, das ganze Appartement warm zu bekommen. Es gab aber warme Decken! Der Bäcker fast neben der Haustür ist spitze!
