Close to the Dordogne, only thirty minutes from Bergerac airport (Stanstead, Southampton, Bristol, Exeter, Birmingham, Brussels, Amsterdam…) ryanair, flybe, in the heart of the Guyenne and its bastides, the gite with private swimming-pool, set in tranquil countryside, is however very close to a super-market (1,2 km) and to Miramont-de-Guyenne (2,5 km) with all essential shops. Being the only gite of the property, it takes advantage of exceptional quietness and looks down upon the valley where sorghum, woods, spring-corn and sunflowers take turns according to the seasons. Modern and built with ecological materials, the gite remains cool in summer and an underfloor geothermal heating system provides comfort in winter and hot water all year round.
