Dear; We are pleased to present our house in 83510 Lorgues in the Var (France). Town on the border of Provence Verte, Haute-Provence and Provence Southern, at 37 km from the beautiful sea (not yours, but that of the Mediterranean), you stay in a haven of peace, close to major interests such as the Gorges du Verdon and majestic (cliffs over 700 m., ideal for introducing your stepmother to paragliding), Quinson and its museum of prehistory (the largest in Europe, you could lose if you know who I mean... !), Saint-Tropez and its beaches of Pampelonne (for a glimpse of the jet-set!), and the cities of Marseilles and its extravagance, Toulon and its harbor, Nice, old neighborhoods (classy!) and its carnival, fair and Menton lemons, Monaco and his palace, without forgetting the Frejus Roman and its immense beaches of fine sand (not pebbles) and a blazing sun on St. Aygulf - Issambres - Ste Maxime (ale-ale redness on stepmother!). Our villa (rated 4 stars by the prefecture in 2002) is independent but not isolated (security), has all the comforts of a modern residence (see rental form attached), is located on a landscaped and planted with trees (palm trees - olive - laurel) of 5265 m ², on a street in a cul-de-sac away from main roads, can accommodate 8 2 persons (with 2 extra beds) 1 baby bed and the use of EPO in our little corner of paradise, is not proscribed (Water - Pastis - Olives). Guests enjoy relaxing by the side of the pool (always keep an eye open to avoid water to waltz in case stepmother wants revenge!), Fully fenced and secure (alarm) to the latest standards (possibility of closing all access to young children and the husbands who are too driven to the pub!), with an area of / - 60 m ² (W: 12 m x x L.5 m P.: 0, of2 80 m, 10 m), although not enough to feel like a goldfish in his tank. The pool and its surroundings will be maintained and cleaned every 2 to 3 days by our pool (early morning 6 - 7am...), Well before you wake up... Or your lying (ymmv!). Our rates are inclusive of (very very expensive, not kidding... Though!) And include: regular cleaning of the pool and its surroundings, cleaning end of stay, charges water-electricity, local taxes, development available (for the brave) : a ping-pong, 6 mountain bikes (we provide the hardware, you bring the energy required to run it!), a bowling alley (and I have balls that go with it!), a badminton court (equipment on site... As well), and basket ball, weight machine (biceps insured) and deckchairs and hammocks (for the less adventurous, like me, are the holiday anyway!), our little toddlers are not forgotten with 2 gantry swings - slides - strings and a sandbox. The good mood and the sun are included as well as water in the pool to you courtesy of the house! We can guarantee the volume but not the temperature! This idyllic place will enchant you with its calm, disturbed only by the chirping of crickets and loons of your little ones, everything will magnificence around you and stay bright.
