For weekly rentals : - Arrival on Saturday 16h(inventory, deposit of 500 € deposit and return of keys) - Saturday 10am departure after inventory and deposit refundable if no damage observed. Tariff for six persons, excluding the cleaning fee (required) (please see the table 'deals' to see the sliding scale depending on the number of people and season : (for 2 people., 3 pers., 4 pers., sleeps 5., 6 pers.) The rate is increased beyond 6 persons, maximum 8 people). Also sliding scale from the second week. The fee for the weekend and night is displayed for 6. Upon confirmation of rental, immediate payment of a deposit of 20% of the total rental for blocking dates in calendar on site and then pay the balance at least 2 weeks before arrival (payment by check or by bank transfer European bank, Canadian or American). Lease signed and sent to the owner together with a photocopy of identity card. Linen rental possible : Euro 10.00 per set / per person per week. The set includes : sheets, pillow case and pillow, towels, washcloth, dishcloth. If canceled, the deposit is kept by the landlord and the tenant must pay the balance of the lease and must establish an agreement with his insurance company to be covered during his stay, and in case of major reason for cancellation, a refund of the rental payment.
