Urban Spa, private spa apartment

The payment of the apartment and the rental is available on the website www.urban-spa.fr and directly within the apartment. Arrivals are at 5 pm and departures at 11 am. (Options possible arrival 3 pm and departure 1 pm). Delays must be indicated 1 hour before arrival time. Any delay not prevented is invoiced 25 €. T - In case of delay of more than 30 minutes not prevented, the stay is canceled and the whole of the amount of the stay will be invoiced. The apartment is non smoker - a deposit of 600 € will be requested and returned at the end of the stay. Cancellation - The cancellation of the stay must be made by email or registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt. If cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival = no charge - If cancellation takes place between 21 and 30 days before arrival = 50% of the deposit of 40% retained - If cancellation occurs less than 20 days before arrival = 100% of the deposit of 40% retained - Any stay not canceled is invoiced in full.
