This studio is located on the 4th floor of a building, located on the Place du Général Leclerc, historical center of Lannion. The recently refurbished studio has a living room with kitchen and a bedroom on the mezzanine, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Many shops, restaurants and bars, pharmacies as well as a very colorful street market on the square on Thursday and the halls every day, are available within 50 m. The city is crossed by a beautiful coastal river, The Léguer, whose level rises and falls with the tides and offers on its right bank a beautiful walk to the sea after about seven miles below the shade of chestnut trees. While residing at the heart of a lively and picturesque town, it takes between 15 and 20 minutes drive to the beautiful sandy beaches and picturesque rocks of the Pink Granite Coast stretching from Trébeurden to Trévoux-Tréguignec through Trégastel, Ploumanach and Perros-Guirec. From Perros-Guirec, boats will take you to the archipelago of Sept-Iles, a protected natural area inhabited in summer by one of the largest gannet colonies in Europe and other seabirds. Residing in Lannion also provides easy access to explore the lush landscapes of the hinterland, with beautiful castles, churches and chapels.
