We are centrally located with easy access to all departments of the Limousin Haute Vienne, Creuse and Correze. If you love nature then you'll like the Limousin. It is known as a zone of Lake Frances is a beautiful and un-damaged region of France, with its ever-changing landscape. You will find graze sheep and cattle Limousin as well as gardens and orchards market full of cherries, apples and many other fruits. The rivers and lakes flowing with fish and are home to a huge variety of flora and fauna. The house has its own garden so you can sit outside in the evening and enjoy the wonder of rural life. The night skies are clear and full of stars. There is no light pollution to spoil the show magical night. This beautifully renovated house, surrounded by farmland, is perfect for a relaxing holiday from the haste of movement and pollution of modern day living. The hamlet was originally a monastic settlement, unfortunately only farm monastery exists now. A mobile shop comes regularly to the village and there is an excellent bar / restaurant in the village of Verneuil Moustiers. The general store, the bakery, pharmacy and tobacco are in the closest town, of Lussac-les-Eglise. We run the property in a manner favorable to the environment, recycling and reusing and aimed for self-sufficiency. Guests will be asked to separate their waste, using bins provided by us. In winter, when heating is required, the wood burner is preferred to electric heaters. The wood for the burner can be purchased from us at a reasonable price.
